本提言は、日本（天皇制）、ガーナ（アシャンティ王国）、マレーシア（スルタン制）、ナイジェリア（伝統王国）、UAE（首長国連邦）の5カ国の伝統的統治機構が連携し、「伝統王国連合（TUC: Traditional United Coalition）」を設立する構想である。

これは、単なる文化交流ではない。この枠組みは、現代の国家機関には成し得ない国際紛争の調停と、平和的秩序の再構築を目的とする、新しい国際安全保障の枠組みである。

1. 伝統王国の力とは何か？

現代国家のリーダーが選挙で選ばれ、権力構造が短期間で変化するのに対し、伝統王国は歴史的正統性を持ち、民衆の長期的な信頼を維持する点で大きな違いがある。

これらの王権の結集は、新しい国際的な「ソフトパワー同盟」として機能し得る。

TUC加盟国は、伝統的王権と近代的政府が共存している。これは、多様な国家体制を尊重する「新しい国際関係のモデル」となる。

2. 「伝統王国連合（TUC）」の役割
